At the end of 2024, I had the great pleasure of illustrating the psychosocial handbook “MS Reality” published by the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Serbia. The handbook deals with facing the diagnosis, misconceptions that exist about this illness, and the ways it affects our world - both external and internal. The topic was very relevant to me personally, as the book’s promotion coincided with the first anniversary of my own MS diagnosis, and I experienced most of the themes from the book on a personal level, again through my drawings.

If you have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, or love someone who suffers from it, I recommend seeking out support in your local MS organisation, or patient groups. Getting the right information, psychological support, and staying on top of the latest developments is essential.
In Serbia, apart from the MS Society of Serbia, there is also the MS community, which is very active and supportive, and consists of people brought together by this chronic illness. You can see some of the stuff they do here.
